Activity Goal — What the activity aims to achieve.
Disabilities to Consider (required) — Select one or more: Physical/Mobility, Visual Impairment, Hearing Impairment, Cognitive/Learning, Sensory Processing, Autism Spectrum.
Grade Level (required) — Target age group.
Location — Indoor gym, outdoor field, pool, etc.
Available Equipment — Equipment you can use, including any adaptive equipment.
Detailed adaptations including:
Specific modifications for each selected disability type
Equipment modifications and alternatives
Rule changes to ensure full participation
Communication and instruction strategies
Safety considerations
Ways to maintain challenge and engagement for all students
Select multiple disability types if you have a diverse class — the AI will provide adaptations for each.
Include your actual equipment so suggestions are practical and immediately usable.
